January 9 th at shortly after 3pm today. We went through the drive threw and ordered. The lady working said our lattes would take just 1-2 minutes if we minded waiting. We told her no problem. 20 minutes later she. Ones back to the window because the customers behind us walked up to the window complaining what was taking so long. Her reply was the latte machine was broken. This took her 20 minutes to come and tell us that!! We would have asked for something else had we known after the inititi 1-2 minute wait. We tried to get the attention from the other workers but no one came to the window. This was the poorest service we have had any ware
